It's been quite a while since I have posted my last blog, 🎄 Christmas and New Year season being the busiest part of the year, followed by the Prelim Exams of my students.(It's a pre -board exam which under grad students have to give in India to qualify for degree courses in college) Being a teacher, blogger, mother & wife all are important responsibilities, not to mention the other small stuffz of life.
Though it has been quite hectic through paper corrections, extra classes and the other responsibilities, I was dying to reconnect with my tikkaz nd curriez family 👪 You are my therapy ❤, when I write I feel rejuvenated and strengthened. You know you are loved, cared and thought after even though you might not connect often or may be you are far. The joy of reconnecting is very different. And that's the joy and happiness you bring.
So,I thought let's create something easy and quick to restart the blogging journey again.
I will share this simple but easy minced meat 🍖 recipe with you, this recipe is simple, easy to make and can be made with any meat, cottage cheese (Paneer) or Tofu.
Obviously cooking times will vary accordingly. The minced meat needs to be tender and juicy. This Recipe is my favorite because of it's simple cooking style and yet the taste is good and aromatic.

So,shall we begin:
Ingredients:
- Minced meat : 1kg

- Curd
- Onions thinly sliced. (Fried golden brown)
- Green chilli made into paste

- Garlic pods : 10 to 12.(made into ginger garlic paste)
- Red chilli powder
- Coriander
- Lemon
- Oil
- Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Water.
PREPARATION:
- 1 Rinse the minced meat thoroughly and drain.
- 2 Roast the whole masalas
- 3 Slice the onions thinly and fry them golden brown.
- 4 In blender blend the roasted masala and the fried onion together, add little water, make a fine paste.
- Now marinate the minced meat with curd, the masala mix and green chilli paste
- In a pan add oil,add the remaining masala, chilie powder, ginger garlic paste and stir
- When it starts releasing oil add the marinated meat, salt to taste and water according to your required consistency.
- Close the lid,let it cook on medium flame for 5 to 10 mins, check in between to see the gravy consistency and to avoid the keema from sticking to the pan.
- Once cooked, garnish with coriander, can sprinkle some lemon juice to give it that sour and tangy element.
- Serve with your favorite Roti,Naan Or Rice.
