Ingredients

  • Pomegranate juice : 1/2 glass.
  • Sugar : 2 tablespoons.
  • Mint leaves : 5 to 6 ( crushed)
  • Ginger juveniles : 5 to 6 sticks.
  • Drinking soda : (soda water ) : 1/2 glass
  • Coconut milk : (Optional) : 1/2 glass.
  • Salt : According to taste.

Instructions

  1. In a mixer blender, add the pomegranate juice, mint leaves, ginger juveniles, sugar and salt according to your taste.
  2. Strain the above pomegranate juice from the blender and keep aside.
  3. Next in a big transparent glass,add this pomegranate juice,water and soda water.
  4. Adjust the taste to your liking, Add ice-cubes or crushed ice,Add a lemon slice on the edge of the glass,garnish with mint. Your annar bahaar is ready.
  5. [This is an optional step : Instead of soda water,you can also add coconut milk. ]
