Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts (skinless and boneless) : 4
  • Lemons : 2 ( squeezed and juice removed )
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil : 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander : 1 tablespoon
  • Mint : 1 tablespoon
  • Cabbage : 2 tablespoon (sliced or thinly shredded)
  • Rosemary (Optional) : 1 tablespoon if easily available
  • Black pepper powder: According to taste freshly grounded
  • Salt : To taste.
  • Green chilies or Red chili flakes : If you need heat to your recipe according to your taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate : In a bowl, mix all of the herbs add olive oil,salt and pepper,lemon juice and chilies if you want to add heat to the dish.
  2. Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut bite-sized pieces or you can keep the entire breast piece intact
  3. Coat the chicken with the above marinated mix,keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill cook from both sides till tender,crisp and golden brown. (For those who do not have grill can shallow fry in a skillet. )
  5. Add some more lemon juice at the top,eat fresh.
