Ingredients
- —Chicken Breasts (skinless and boneless) : 4
- —Lemons : 2 ( squeezed and juice removed )
- —Olive oil or vegetable oil : 2 tablespoon
- —Coriander : 1 tablespoon
- —Mint : 1 tablespoon
- —Cabbage : 2 tablespoon (sliced or thinly shredded)
- —Rosemary (Optional) : 1 tablespoon if easily available
- —Black pepper powder: According to taste freshly grounded
- —Salt : To taste.
- —Green chilies or Red chili flakes : If you need heat to your recipe according to your taste
Instructions
- Marinate : In a bowl, mix all of the herbs add olive oil,salt and pepper,lemon juice and chilies if you want to add heat to the dish.
- Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut bite-sized pieces or you can keep the entire breast piece intact
- Coat the chicken with the above marinated mix,keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill cook from both sides till tender,crisp and golden brown. (For those who do not have grill can shallow fry in a skillet. )
- Add some more lemon juice at the top,eat fresh.
